Common Questions

  • We teach Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu, a street-based self-defense system that combines both linear and circular thinking. Developed over 21 generations, Kenpo focuses on practical application and techniques that work for you, whether against a single opponent or multiple and in various situations.

  • Private self-defense lessons focus on introducing new skills under the guidance of your dedicated instructor. Up to four friends and family members may take lessons together.

    Mastery classes are optional semi-private classes that focus on application and repetition of skills with peers.

  • Mastery classes are available four days a week:

    Mon, Wed, Thu 6:00p.m.-7:00p.m.

    and Saturday 2:00p.m.-3:00p.m.

    Private lessons are based on your availability. Available in studio daily from 10:00a.m.- 10:00p.m.

  • A base price of $50 per month gets you access to mastery classes. Private lessons are $45 per lesson.

    A bundle of weekly or biweekly private lessons plus access to Mastery Classes is available. Contact us for pricing.

  • We recommend getting started with a Basic Training Course, which includes four private lessons and two Mastery Classes for $75. To schedule your first lesson, contact us to find a time that fits your schedule.
